“Sacrifice”は、[Game of the Century]と呼ばれる歴史的なチェス・ゲームの棋譜をもとに構築された曲です。ギタリスト/音楽家であるマニュエル・ゲッチング氏への献辞として制作されました。
チェス・プレイヤーに見立てられた2人の奏者による静謐な音の対話が、１度の演奏で３０分間ほど続きます。
奏者は以下の2人です。
Piano: Mami Konishi(MINGUSS)
Guitars: Takeshi Nishimoto(I'm Not A Gun)
記譜することから生まれた音楽ですので、この度は音源と共に“SACRIFICE Score Book: Music +Art”と題した、楽譜＋アートブックとしてリリースをします。従来の楽譜とは異なり、音や創作の起源にまつわる言葉から発想を連鎖させたガラス作品とドローイングのコラージュで彩られています。
作曲の手法も詳細に綴られており、さらに一部の音源がオープンソース化され、素材として自由に使用・発表をすることが可能になっています。
楽譜は音楽とともに、非常にゆったりと進みます。灯りを落として、30分間、60分間、もしくは90分間、静かで豊かな時間が流れますことを願います。発売まで今しばらくお待ちください。

About “Sacrifice”
"Sacrifice" is a composition based on the notation of the historic chess game known as the "Game of the Century".
It was created as a dedication to guitarist and musician Manuel Göttsching.
Performed by two musicians representing chess players, the piece unfolds as a serene yet intense musical dialogue, lasting approximately 30 minutes per performance.
Performers:
- Piano: Mami Konishi (MINGUSS)
- Guitar: Takeshi Nishimoto (I'm Not A Gun)
Since this music originated from notation, we have chosen to release it not only as a recording but also as a score and art book under the title “SACRIFICE Score Book: Music + Art”.
Unlike conventional sheet music, this book features collages of glass artworks and drawings inspired by the origins of sound and creation.
Additionally, the composition process is meticulously documented, and selected recordings have been made open source, allowing them to be freely used and performed.
The score progresses slowly along with the music.
We hope that, with dim lighting, you can immerse yourself in a tranquil and enriching experience for 30, 60, or even 90 minutes.
